Nació en Buenos Aires, Argentina en 1956. Es arquitecto diplomado en la Universidad de Buenos Aires en 1981. Su formación como fotógrafo es autodidacta. En distintas épocas ha influido en su trabajo el aprendizaje de maestros como Anatole Saderman, Grete Stern, Horacio Cóppola , Alicia Segal y Raúl Rodríguez. Ha ejercido la docencia universitaria entre 1982 y 1990. A principios de ese año se radica en España donde ejerce la profesión de arquitecto y fotógrafo. Combinando la producción personal con la docencia. En la actualidad se ha integrado en el equipo de la productora Lluviacaballo.
